What happens at an assessment centre?

Whilst this will vary from role to role, you will be required to complete short exercises in teams and attend an interview. This is the ideal opportunity for you to find out more about what it is like to work for us, and for us to find out more about you. While you may be nervous about the prospect, rest assured they're designed to be enjoyable.

What is the dress code during the selection process?

You should dress in an appropriate manner for the role you're applying for. If in any doubt, smarter is better. This is an interview after all, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

What happens after the selection process?

We assess all the applications again, alongside everyone's performance in the interviews, and then will contact you with the outcome, whether you have been successful or not.
