As the roles we offer are incredibly varied, so too are the selection processes. As a guide, it may include a combination of the following: interview; assessment centre; presentation; personality profiling; and general intelligence assessment. All of which are designed to help us effectively assess whether we're a good fit.
Whilst this will vary from role to role, you will be required to complete short exercises in teams and attend an interview. This is the ideal opportunity for you to find out more about what it is like to work for us, and for us to find out more about you. While you may be nervous about the prospect, rest assured they're designed to be enjoyable.
You should dress in an appropriate manner for the role you're applying for. If in any doubt, smarter is better. This is an interview after all, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.
We assess all the applications again, alongside everyone's performance in the interviews, and then will contact you with the outcome, whether you have been successful or not.
