Managing and optimising our worldwide real estate portfolio is no small feat. We have more than 64 attractions in 14 countries across three continents, ranging from Resort Theme Parks and ‘midways’ attractions to LEGOLAND parks, as well as our offices and other local sites. But that's just the sort of challenge we thrive on.

Within Property, we work closely with each site's General Manager to support them in all real estate matters. We also manage the long-term planning process for our attractions – ensuring the timely delivery of growth plans and supporting their implementation.

We also undertake regular rent and occupancy cost reviews, develop effective landlord relationships, provide leasehold risk management and carry out lease renewals and business rates appeals. Our commitment to maintaining the quality of our estate while minimising real estate occupancy costs is critical to our continued success.
