Property and Development Group
The Property and Development Group is responsible for delivering Group projects around the world to a culture of “on time, on budget and ready for our guests”. This includes all theming, rides, attractions, displays and hotels worldwide.
Activities include research into cost, planning permission, legal aspects and all other issues that might affect the addition of any new attraction to the Group's portfolio – whether that be a potential new ride, new hotel or an entire new theme park.
The Property Development Group includes both Merlin Studios and Displays Development.
Merlin Studios is a central creative resource for the Group where our talented teams are responsible for creating our superb wax figures, as well as originating design and theme concepts for all the Group attractions.
The Displays Development team provides support to all existing and new SEA LIFE Centres and Seal Sanctuaries. They ensure the livestock and display tools are available to achieve and maintain market leadership for the SEA LIFE brand.
The team is made up of bright and passionate, versatile and highly skilled individuals who are motivated by the many challenges their work entails.
