Our HR professionals have a passion for people. Their role is to deliver a consistent, customer-focused service in line with the Merlin strategy – a remit which spans a fascinating and constantly evolving range of HR issues and responsibilities.
The HR team share a wealth of experience in all areas of employment law, training, pay & benefits and recruitment. Interaction with the HR teams across the attractions is a key element of what we do, and the atmosphere in the office is fun but professional at all times. We always operate an open door policy.
