IT plays a major part of our business success, delivering the latest IT solutions from tickets and turnstiles to F&B solutions, whilst continuing to provide daily up-to-date IT office services. Ensuring this vast IT machine runs smoothly, our IT department is staffed by professionals who not only have a passion for IT, but a drive to deliver a true service of excellence with a smile.

The IT group is divided into a number of specialised teams, each running a high level of service whilst acting as a whole within the group, a team spirit working from Central Support to Shanghai, and from Alton Towers to Madame Tussauds. The high level of technical and specialised skills across the group ensures out IT solutions are supported with pride and a passion to succeed, whilst looking towards the future to ensure our IT systems are of the highest specification and keeping Merlin number one in delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
