IT plays a major part of our business success, delivering the latest technical solutions from tickets and turnstiles to Food and Beverage and point of sale, whilst continuing to provide daily up-to-date IT office services. Ensuring this vast machine runs smoothly, our IT department is staffed by professionals who not only have a passion for IT, but a drive to deliver a true service of excellence with a smile.

The IT group is divided into a number of specialised teams, each running a high level of service whilst acting as a whole within the group: a team spirit found from Central Support to Shanghai, and from Alton Towers Resort to Madame Tussauds. The high level of technical and specialised skills across the group ensures our IT solutions are supported with pride and a passion to succeed, whilst looking to the future to ensure our IT systems keep Merlin number one in delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
