I enjoy working at Merlin because it's a completely different engineering environment and we also provide really fun days out for everyone. Transferrable skills from the forces, especially in the engineering world, are definitely PPMs which is planned preventative maintenance, and also the reactive side. My career so far at Merlin, the highlight I would say, has been promoted to supervisor and also setting up the armed forces covenance at Alton Towers.
