About the Role

We are currently recruiting for Hotel Night Porter (£11 Per hour), to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

First impressions count for a lot and you'll be one of the first people our guests meet as a Night Porter at the Alton Towers Resort, dealing with customer queries in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring we meet and exceed all of our customers’ expectations, with the highest levels of service, as well as ensuring that the Hotels are tidy and spotless ready for the next morning. In this role you could work in any of our amazing accommodations - Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel, CBeebies Land Hotel or our Enchanted Village.

About You

Applicants must be over 18

Our ideal person for this role will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the Hotels. Through effective attention to detail, you will achieve these high cleaning standards including regular deep cleaning tasks, whilst keeping a motivated and positive attitude throughout with a hands-on attitude.

You will help to manage the team within your given area to drive the best possible cleaning standards in keeping with our brand standards and working practices.

You'll also take responsibility for our reception desk and giving the same level of customer service to our later arrivals, whilst overseeing the night duties to ensure that all guests requirements are met promptly during their stay and resolving any issues.
