“The fact that I can go to work and have fun in everything I do is surreal?!”

Merlin’s magical teammate this week is Arcadio Jimenez, Park Ranger from the Public Safety Department at LEGOLAND New York.

Arcadio started his career in Merlin with the LEGOLAND New York team in 2020. He was recognised for his dedication in 2021 when he achieved the Performance Reward for being the Public Safety Ranger of the Year!

Passionate about fun and promoting guest excellence, Arcadio enjoys seeing guests smile and is willing to go the extra mile to make a child’s day go from good to great. He loves to teach our young guests the LEGO Wave as they enter and exit the park 👋

Speaking on his current role, Arcadio said, “Since I've been with Merlin Entertainments, I have grown and gained priceless knowledge in my industry. Our Management Team prepares us yearly to continue to strive and be successful not only for Merlin Entertainments but for ourselves in general. I truly love what I do.”
