Today marks the beginning of National Apprenticeship Week and to celebrate we're announcing a brand new degree-level School Leaver programme!

School Leavers can earn while they learn, by undertaking a Degree level Apprenticeship in Leadership & Business Management. This 3-year course run in partnership with Aston University will provide students with the learning principles and the on-the-job experience needed to one day run a Theme Park!

The successful applicants to our School Leaver Programme will begin their journey at a Host Level, with a view to moving into a team leader position within 6+ months. They'll get experience working in different areas, including front and back of house departments, and possibly our hotels too. * They’ll spend most of the course getting hands-on experience, but they’ll also have days spent at Aston University.

By the end of the 3-year School Leaver Programme students should be ready to apply for a General Manager position - and from there who knows!

The School Leaver Programme is a roller-coaster of an opportunity, providing a degree for free and paid job experience. We'll also pay the standard Resort / Attraction rate - not the lower apprentice rate!
