The Merlin Leadership Programme 

Line Managers have the opportunity to apply to take part in the Merlin Leadership programme where they learn about the theories and practicalities of being a strong leader.

We run an annual employee survey called The Wizard Wants To Know. This gives all 27,000+ members of Team Merlin the chance to tell us what they really think about their jobs. In 2017 we got a whopping 95% response rate. Even better, 94% told us they enjoyed working here.
